Common use of Regarding Construction Clause in Contracts

Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Lender all instruments­ documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insur­ance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at the Borrower's expense.

Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Lender all instruments­ instruments, documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insur­anceinsurance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at the Borrower's ’s expense.

Regarding Construction. The Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Lender Issuer, the Bondowner Representative and the Servicer all instruments­ instruments, documents, boundary surveys, footing or foundation surveys, certificates, plans and specifications, title and other insur­anceinsurance, reports and agreements and each and every other document and instrument required to be furnished by the terms of this Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all at the Borrower's ’s expense.
