Regarding Personnel Costs. (a) Estimate of the overall amount thereof. (b) Analysis and explanation of the applicable personnel policy and practice of Operator and Operator’s Affiliates. (c) Breakdown of the aforesaid expenditures. (d) Rates and/or methods of apportionment of such costs. Personnel costs and rates shall be accepted and agreed by ROC.
