Regarding VAT and Diakonia. Diakonia is registered at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance as a non-profit association. Diakonia Lebanon shall always pay VAT on invoices for goods and services. All prices shall include VAT in the tendering processes. In Lebanon then supplier/consultant shall pay VAT according to Lebanese tax legislation as applicable.
