REGIONAL COMMERCIALS. Terms and conditions of the National contract shall apply to regional commercials with the exception that use fees include 26 weeks. All advertisers may use the fees and conditions as outlined, but the commercials are restricted to use in the following areas: (a) Territories (b) Maritimes and Newfoundland (c) Province of Québec (excluding Montreal) (d)Province of Ontario (excluding Toronto)
