Regional/Commuter Operations. A. To the extent practical, aircraft that are capable of connecting to a loading bridge must use a Terminal Aircraft Apron equipped with a loading bridge for the enplaning and deplaning of passengers. B. Aircraft that are not capable of connecting to a loading bridge will use those areas of the Terminal Aircraft Aprons designated by AUTHORITY and will be accessed from the ramp level through commuter facilities unless otherwise approved by AUTHORITY.
