Common use of Regional Traffic Fee Clause in Contracts

Regional Traffic Fee. Developer shall pay the ECCRFA regional traffic fee should it be imposed by the City in an amount equal to or less than the amount paid by projects in the Cities of Antioch, Brentwood, and Oakley or in accordance with the existing valid Memorandum of Understanding dated June 29, 2010, as amended, whichever is less.
