Common use of Register of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Register of Warrants. The Company will cause to be kept by and at the principal offices of the Trustee in the City of Vancouver and by the Trustee or such other registrar as the Company, with the approval of the Trustee, may appoint, at such other place or places, if any, as the Company may designate with the approval of the Trustee, registers in which will be entered in alphabetical order the names and addresses (including street and number, if any) of the holders of Series A Warrants and Series B Warrants and particulars of the Series A and Series B Warrants held by them respectively.
