REGISTERED PLAN. (a) The Owner shall register, at its expense, the M-Plan described at Schedule “A-3” hereto on title to the Development Lands within thirty (30) days of final approval of Phase __ being provided to the Owner by the Director of Development Services.
(b) The Owner shall supply a “mylar” copy of Registered Plan of Subdivision, being Phase __, to the Director immediately following registration.

REGISTERED PLAN. 21.01 Effective January 1, 2010, the Company will establish a Group Registered Savings Plan for employees who wish to contribute and a Registered Defined Contribution Pension Plan with a Company match of up to three percent (3%) of basic hourly wages in a normal work week, for eligible employees who wish to participate. Apprentices shall, after the completion of three continuous employment with the Company be entitled to those rights and granted to Regular Employees as outlined above.
