Registered User Agreements. MaxLinear and Distributor will enter into registered user agreements with respect to MaxLinear Trademarks pursuant to applicable trademark law requirements in the country in which a Product is resold. Distributor will be responsible for proper filing of the registered user agreement with government authorities worldwide and will pay all costs or fees associated with such filing.
