Registrant and Administrative Contact Email Addresses. The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that XXXX notices to the Registrant will be sent by email only, as set forth in Section 10.1 (Notices). It is solely the responsibility of the Registrant to ensure that the email addresses of the Registrant and its Administrative Contact are at all times functional and accurate and to make arrangements with its Administrative Contact to receive any notices that are sent by XXXX only to the Registrant’s Administrative Contact. If XXXX can show that a notice was sent to either the Registrant or the Registrant’s Administrative Contact email addresses, XXXX shall not be liable to the Registrant or any third party for damages arising from a failure to receive notice from XXXX.

If Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx have agreed that notice may be given by Electronic Communication, then Borrower may designate an Electronic Address as Notice Address. Borrower will promptly notify Lender of Xxxxxxxx’s change of Notice Address, including any changes to Borrower’s Electronic Address if designated as Notice Address. If Lender specifies a procedure for reporting Xxxxxxxx’s change of Notice Address, then Borrower will report a change of Notice Address only through that specified procedure.
