Common use of Registration and Account Clause in Contracts

Registration and Account. You may be required to create an account to use some of the Services. If You create an account, You must: • provide accurate and complete information, and update that information so it remains accurate and complete; • be solely responsible for your account activity; • keep your account and password secure and not disclose them to anyone; and • notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account using our contact information provided in the "Questions" section at the end of these User Terms. Use of the Services is solely for your personal use or your use in connection with a Fleet as permitted in this Agreement. GM will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to or use of the Services or your account. However, You may be liable to GM or other parties due to such unauthorized access or use.
