Common use of Registration and Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

Registration and Encumbrances. is registered in the name of the relevant Collateral Guarantor through the relevant Registry under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State and that such Collateral Ship and its Earnings, Insurances and Requisition Compensation are free of Encumbrances; and
