REGISTRATION AS A TRANSFER AGENT. PFPC represents that it is currently registered with the appropriate Federal agency for the registration of transfer agents, and that it will remain so registered for the duration of this Agreement. PFPC agrees that it will promptly notify the Fund in the event of any material change in its status as a registered transfer agent.
