Common use of REGISTRATION AS A TRANSFER AGENT Clause in Contracts

REGISTRATION AS A TRANSFER AGENT. Rodney Square represents that it is currently registered with xxx xxpropriate Federal agency for the registration of transfer agents, and that it will remain so registered for the duration of this Agreement. Rodney Square agrees that it will promptly notify the Trust in xxx xvent of any material change in its status as a registered transfer agent. Should Rodney Square fail to be registered with the FDIC or any succesxxx xxgulatory authority as a transfer agent at any time during this Agreement, the Trust may, on written notice to Rodney Square, immediately terminate this Agreement.
