Common use of Registration Authority Requirements Clause in Contracts

Registration Authority Requirements. RA shall comply with RA Requirements, including without limitation requirements for validating the information in Certificate Applications, approving or rejecting such applications, using hardware and software designated by MSC XXXXXXXXX.XXX SDN BHD, and requesting revocations. Upon RA's approval of an application, MSC XXXXXXXXX.XXX SDN BHD (a) shall be entitled to rely upon the correctness of the information in each such approved application, and (b) shall issue a Certificate to the Certificate Applicant submitting such application.
