Common use of Registration Books Clause in Contracts

Registration Books. The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept at its Corporate Trust Office sufficient records for the registration and transfer of the Bonds which shall at all reasonable times during regular business hours be open to inspection by the Authority with reasonable prior notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said records Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

Registration Books. The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept kept, at its Corporate Trust the Office of the Trustee, sufficient records for the registration and transfer of ownership of the Bonds Bonds, which shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection during regular business hours be open to inspection and upon reasonable notice by the Authority with reasonable prior noticeCity; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said records such records, the ownership of the Bonds as hereinbefore provided.
