The REGISTRATION LISTS clause governs the management and use of lists containing the names and contact information of individuals registered for an event, service, or program. Typically, it outlines who is responsible for compiling, maintaining, and updating these lists, and may specify how the information can be accessed or shared between parties. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding registrant data, helping to prevent disputes over data ownership and use.
REGISTRATION LISTS. Exhibitor understands and agrees that in exchange for its payment, it will receive solely the right to use the exhibit space. The information collected from any purchased registration lists (if applicable) is for the sole use of the company or business organization that collects it. Exhibitor understands and agrees that (i) under the terms of its license, it may not attempt to develop a compilation of attendees and/or other participants of the Event by exchanging any lead information collected at the Event with other attendees, exhibitors, and/or other participants at the Event or with third parties not associated with SPE, and (ii) the compilation of the attendees and/or other participants at the Event is sole property of SPE and that SPE offers that compilation for sale. Exhibitor agrees that it will not use any lead data collected at the Event to attempt to develop a compilation that SPE offers for sale.
REGISTRATION LISTS. Exhibitor understands and agrees that in exchange for its payment, it will receive solely the right to use the exhibit space. The information collected from any
REGISTRATION LISTS. The Union shall maintain adequate registration facilities at the Union Office for employees and applicants for employment to register for work. All employees and applicants for employment shall be registered in their appropriate classes and in the order in which they apply for work. Separate lists shall be kept for the registration of apprentices upon the same basis as for journeymen; apprentices upon becoming journeymen shall enjoy the same preferences as journeymen which they had as apprentices. Applicants for employment shall complete and sign an application form containing all data relevant for referral, including an indication of any special skills that they possess, containing an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The registration list shall be open for inspection to all parties of this Agreement. In the event that there are insufficient Class C registrants within a classification for which there is a call, the Employment Office may contact the Employment Offices whose employees qualify for Class C status pursuant to Paragraph 19. C. above, to fill such classification call before dispatching off the D, E and F Lists.
REGISTRATION LISTS. The Union shall maintain the following registration lists:
1. List A (Journeypersons) – The A List consists of: (i) persons who qualified for the A List before August 1, 2011; and (ii) persons who have fulfilled the Apprentice Program’s requirements. These workers shall be listed in the order of their seniority as determined by the Union's Seniority Regulations set forth below.
