Common use of Registration of dispositions of this Lease Clause in Contracts

Registration of dispositions of this Lease. Within one month after a disposition of this Lease (a “disposition” being an assignment, charge, transfer, underlease, assignment or surrender of any underlease, or, on any transmission by death or otherwise, documentary evidence of devolution affecting the Premises): (a) to produce a certified copy of the document effecting the disposition to the Landlord’s solicitors; and (b) to pay to the solicitors the fee of £75 (exclusive of VAT) for the registration.

Registration of dispositions of this Lease. Within one month after a the execution of any disposition of this Lease (a “disposition” being an assignment, charge, transfer, underlease, or the Demised Premises whether by charge or assignment or surrender of any underlease, or, on upon any transmission by reason of a death or otherwise, documentary evidence of devolution otherwise affecting the Premises): (a) Demised Premises to produce to and leave with Solicitors for the time being of the Landlord the deed instrument or other document or disposition (and in each case a certified copy of the document effecting the disposition to for retention by the Landlord’s solicitors; and (b) and on each occasion to pay to the solicitors the such Solicitors a registration fee of £75 (exclusive of pound)30.00 plus VAT) for the registration.

Registration of dispositions of this Lease. Within one month after a disposition of this Lease (a “disposition” disposition being an assignment, charge, transfer, underlease, assignment or surrender of any underlease, or, on any transmission by death or otherwise, documentary evidence of devolution affecting the Premises): (a) 3.11.1 to produce a certified copy of the document effecting the disposition (and in each case a certified copy for retention by the Landlord) to the Landlord’s 's solicitors; and (b) 3.11.2 to pay to the solicitors the a fee of £75 (exclusive of VAT) of(pound)50 for the registration.
