Registration of documents. 4.11.1 Within one month after any assignment or any transmission or other devolution relating to the Demised Premises or any part thereof to give notice thereof to the Landlord’s solicitor and to furnish him with a certified copy of any document relating thereto and to pay to the Landlord’s solicitor a reasonable fee (not being less than £60) plus VAT thereon.
