Registration of Employers and Employees. 18.1 Every employer in the Industry who has not already done so under the provisions of any Agreement previously in force in the Industry shall within one month from the date on which this Agreement comes into operation, and every employer entering the Industry after that date shall within one month from the date of commencement of operations by him, forward to the Secretary of the Council, X.X.
