Common use of Registration of Investments Clause in Contracts

To cause any stock, bond, other security or other property held as part of the Trust to be registered in its own name or in the name of one or more of its nominees; provided, the books and records of the Trust Committee shall at all times show that all such investments are part of the Trust.
