Juristic Persons. In the event of the TENANT or LANDLORD being a juristic person, the signatory to this Agreement hereby binds himself/herself in his/her personal capacity as surety and co-principal debtor to the TENANT or LANDLORD for the due performance by it of its obligations in terms of this lease Agreement, simultaneously renouncing the benefits of the legal exceptions non causa debiti (no cause for the debt) and non numeratae pecuniae (no valuable consideration having been received) with which exceptions he/she acknowledges he/she is fully conversant
