Common use of Registration of Investments Clause in Contracts

Registration of Investments. (i) MSI plc will arrange for any Investments that are in registered form to be registered in accordance with the FCA Rules. This may mean they are registered (i) in the name of a nominee company controlled by MSI plc, (ii) in the Client’s name, (iii) in the name of a sub- custodian or its nominee, (iv) in the name of a nominee controlled by an Exchange or Clearing House, (v) with MSI plc’s consent, in such other name as the Client may direct in writing (in which event, the Client accepts that the consequences of so doing will be entirely at the Client’s own risk), or (vi) in the name of an Associated Firm or its nominee.
