REGISTRATION OF OPPORTUNITIES. To be eligible to purchase Products and Services for a discount under this Agreement with respect to any particular transaction, DISTRIBUTOR or any of DISTRIBUTOR's VARs, as the case may be, must provide to GUPTA a valid purchase order before the sale using a purchase order form that GUPTA will provide to DISTRIBUTOR. DISTRIBUTOR must fill out the form completely. GUPTA may update the form from time to time.
