Common use of Registration of the Security Clause in Contracts

Registration of the Security. 4.2 The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of the Guarantors to, at the Borrower's expense, register, file, record and give notice of (or cause to be registered, filed, recorded and given notice of) the Security Documents in all offices where such registration, filing, recording or giving notice is necessary or desirable for the perfection of the Security Interests constituted thereby and to ensure that such Security Interests are first ranking, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances. The Agent shall have no duty or responsibility to cause registrations, filings, recordings and notices to keep in good standing the Security Interests created by the Security Documents.
