Common use of Registration of Units Clause in Contracts

Registration of Units. I/We request that the Units issued pursuant to this Subscription Agreement are registered in the name and address set out above. In respect of joint Subscriptions, we direct that on the death of one of us the Units for which we hereby apply be held in the name of and to the order of the survivor or survivors of us or the executor or administrator of each survivor or survivors.
