Registration Rights to Others. If Parent at any time hereafter provides to any holder of any securities of Parent rights with respect to the Registration of such securities under the U.S. Securities Act, then such rights must not be in conflict with or adversely affect any of the rights provided to the holders of Registrable Securities in, or conflict (in a manner that adversely affects holders of Registrable Securities) with any other provisions included in, this Agreement without the prior written consent of Sponsor and the Xxxxx Representative.
