Common use of Registrations, notifications and consents Clause in Contracts

Registrations, notifications and consents. The Local Authority warrants and represents that it has obtained all and any necessary registrations, notifications and consents required by the DPL to process personal data for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement. The Local Authority undertakes at all times during the term of this Agreement to comply with the DPL (and the data protection principles contained therein) in processing all Personal Data in connection with this Agreement and shall not perform its obligations under this Agreement in such a way as to cause Homes England to breach any of its applicable obligations under the DPL.
