Common use of Registrations with International Registry Clause in Contracts

Registrations with International Registry. Each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the Borrower or Administrative Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.

Registrations with International Registry. Each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the Borrower or Administrative Collateral Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Collateral Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.

Registrations with International Registry. Each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests Interest constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the Borrower or Administrative Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Aircraft Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.

Registrations with International Registry. Each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests Interest constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the Borrower or Administrative Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.

Registrations with International Registry. Registrations with International Registry. Each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage and each Other Aircraft Mortgage, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the Borrower or Administrative Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.

Each Subject to Section 4.03, upon the Closing Date, each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine MortgageMortgages, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the any Borrower or Administrative Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.

Each Subject to ‎Section 4.03, upon the Closing Date, each of the parties hereto (i) consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interests constituted by the Aircraft and Spare Engine MortgageMortgages, and (ii) covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the any Borrower or Administrative Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including without limitation establishing a valid and existing account with the International Registry and appointing an Administrator and/or a Professional User reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent to make registrations with respect to the Mortgaged Collateral and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.
