Common use of Registrations with International Registry Clause in Contracts

Registrations with International Registry. Each of the parties hereto consents to the registrations with the International Registry of the International Interest constituted by the First Lien Aircraft Mortgage, and each party hereto covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by Borrower or Collateral Agent in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including becoming a registry user entity with the International Registry and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Loan Documents.
