Registry-‐Level Fees. (a) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-‐level fee equal to (i) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the registry-‐level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-‐Level Fees”).
