Common use of Registry of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Registry of Warrant. The Company shall maintain a registry in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, it shall register Warrant Certificates (showing the name and address of the Warrantholder as the registered holder of this Warrant) and exchanges and transfers thereof. This Warrant may be surrendered for exchange or exercise, in accordance with its terms, and the Company shall be entitled to rely in all respects upon such registry, and the Company shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, except any Transfer of the Warrant effected in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant, including Section 10.
