Registry Tool Kit. No later than three business days after the Effective Date, Registry Operator shall provide to Registrar a copy (or hyperlink to a copy which can be downloaded) of the Registry Tool Kit, which shall provide sufficient technical specifications to allow Registrar to interface with the Registry System and employ its features that are available to Registrars.
