Regular and Full. Time Temporary employees who are absent from work to attend the funeral of a person other than an immediate family member shall receive compensation at the regular rate of pay for the time necessary to be absent from work, but not to exceed one (1) regularly scheduled work day. A maximum of three (3) work days may be utilized in a calendar year.
