Regular Meetings of the Joint Operating Committee. The Joint Operating Committee shall conduct regular meetings, holding at least one regular meeting every quarter. The Joint Operating Committee may provide for additional meetings as may be needed depending upon the pressure of business or as may reasonably be requested by a majority of the members. The date and hour of any regular meeting shall be scheduled by order of the Joint Operating Committee.
