Regular Meetings of the Trustee and the Trust Advisory Board. Meetings of the Trustee and the Trust Advisory Board are to be held with such frequency and at such place as the Trustee and the Trust Advisory Board may determine in their sole discretion, but in no event shall such meetings be held less frequently than quarterly. Such meetings (other than the first meeting of the Trust Advisory Board) should be held telephonically as authorized by subsection 8(e)(i), when practicable.
