Regular Overtime Rate. As used in this Agreement is the premium rate paid for all hours actually worked by an employee which are in excess of 40 hours in a week or in excess of 204 hours in a 27-day work period that have not already been specifically guaranteed as overtime. The overtime rate is 1 1/2 times the employee’s regular rate of pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Any reference to overtime, time and one-half, or pay at 1 1/2 times the regular base rate in this Agreement, which is not specifically identified as “guaranteed” overtime, will be defined as regular overtime in application.

Regular Overtime Rate. For all employees, all time worked in excess of the basic work day may be worked only when permission is granted through the office of the Union (emergency excepted) and all such time including emergency work shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half the employee’s regular straight time rate of pay.
Regular Overtime Rate. All time worked in excess of the basic workday or on the sixth (6th) day worked in a calendar week or on the fifth (5th) day worked in a holiday week exclusive of the holiday shall be considered as overtime and paid for at the rate of one and one-half times (1 Vi ) the employee’s basic straight time rate of pay.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

The Mandate Rate may vary by class. The Mandate Rate shall be determined on a cumulative basis pursuant to the schedule set forth in Schedule 1 of this Contract.

  • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.

  • Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Base Rate The higher of (a) the annual rate of interest announced from time to time by BKB at its head office in Boston, Massachusetts, as its "base rate" and (b) one-half of one percent (1/2%) above the Federal Funds Effective Rate. For the purposes of this definition, "Federal Funds Effective Rate" shall mean for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by the Agent from three funds brokers of recognized standing selected by the Agent.
