Regular Saturday Shift Work. Shift workers required to work on Saturday as part of their ordinary hours in any week shall be paid for such ordinary shift at time and one quarter based on their ordinary rate of pay plus the relevant shift loading as per clause 22.3 (e.g. if an employee works 8 ordinary hours they shall be paid 8 hours at ordinary rate plus 25% Saturday loading plus any relevant shift penalty. The shift penalty is calculated on the 8 ordinary hours and does not include the 25% Saturday loading).
