Regulated Services. We are permitted to give advice on retail investments, pensions, general and non-investment insurance and to arrange transactions in these products. For retail investment products, this will include not just packaged products, but also structured products, all investment trusts and any other investments that offer exposure to underlying assets, but in a packaged form which modifies that exposure compared with a direct holding in the financial asset.

Regulated Services. Licensee will perform no services which are regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) without Textron’s prior written consent. If such consent is given, Licensee will promptly supply Textron with copies of certificates issued by the FAA. Licensee will also supply copies of all such certificates when they are renewed along with any notices of cancellation or termination of said certificates.
Regulated Services. Any Bell Service to which tariffs currently apply or which become subject to tariffs further to a CRTC direction is required to be provided and shall only be provided in compliance with and subject to all applicable tariffs as approved by the CRTC, and applicable decisions, directions or orders of the CRTC (collectively, the “Tariffs”). Bell may amend the Tariffs, including the fees for such regulated Bell Service, from time to time with the approval of, or as required by, the CRTC. The Tariffs will prevail over any provision of the Agreement. If the CRTC decides that a Bell Service will no longer be subject to a Tariff then the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply to that Bell Service. Despite the foregoing, in the event that any Bell Service furnished under the Agreement becomes subject to a Tariff further to CRTC direction, Customer shall have the option of: (i) continuing to receive the affected Bell Service (in which case such Bell Service will be offered in accordance with the provisions of the Tariff and the Fees herein will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the Tariffed rates); or (ii) where not restricted or prohibited by the Tariff, terminating the affected Bell Services without any further liability to Customer or Bell by providing Bell with ten (10) days prior written notice, provided that Customer has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement (including the payment of Fees) up to the effective date of termination and that such notification is made within ninety (90) days of a tariff being imposed for that Bell Service.

Regulated Services. GTA offers and provides other Services that are regulated by the Public Utilities Commission of Guam, including fixed-line telephone Services. Such regulated Services are subject to and governed by the General Exchange Tariff. While the Consumer Services Agreement and Terms and Conditions apply to all GTA Services, the General Exchange Tariff shall control in any case where there is a conflict between the Consumer Service Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and the General Exchange Tariff. The General Exchange Tariff is available to all at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/tariffs.

Regulated Services. 4.1 In respect of any Regulated Service, the Customer warrants that it is aware of, and fully familiar with, all applicable requirements of the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice. The Customer agrees (for the benefit of both Redcentric and the benefit of PhonepayPlus) that it shall fully comply (and procure that its Beneficiaries fully comply) with its and their obligations under the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice, together with any directions which are made by PhonepayPlus in accordance with that Code of Practice from time to time. The Customer shall not (and shall procure that no Beneficiary shall) advertise, promote or provide any Premium Rate Service before Redcentric has given its written consent to the Customer providing the relevant Premium Rate Service (and the parties agree that such consent may be subject to such conditions as Redcentric requires). 4.2 Without prejudice to the generality of clause 4.1, the Customer warrants that: (a) each of it and each of its Beneficiaries have (and will maintain) sufficient financial and other resources necessary to discharge its and their obligations under the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice fully, in light of the intended Regulated Services and Premium Rate Services and shall provide to Redcentric such evidence of those resources as Redcentric may request from time to time; (b) each of it and each of its Beneficiaries have in place (and will maintain) adequate customer service arrangements (including a non-premium rate UK customer services telephone number) and refund mechanisms for users of any Premium Rate Services which are provided by the Customer or any Beneficiary, such arrangements being as a minimum sufficient to enable the Customer and/or relevant Beneficiary to discharge its obligations under the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice; (c) no sanction has been imposed against it or any Beneficiary (or any officer, employee, agent or subcontractor of the Customer or any Beneficiary) by PhonepayPlus which would prohibit Redcentric from providing any Regulated Service to the Customer and/or any Beneficiary; and (d) it shall immediately inform Redcentric should any sanction be imposed against it or any Beneficiary (or any officer, employee, agent or subcontractor of the Customer or any Beneficiary) by PhonepayPlus which would prohibit Redcentric from providing any Regulated Service to the Customer or any Beneficiary. 4.3 Prior to Redcentric making any Regulated Service available to the Customer or any Beneficiary, the C...
