Meter Readings. If applicable, the Customer shall provide accurate and timely meter readings at the end of each applicable billing period on the forms or other alternative means specified by Vendor. Vendor shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Customer, and during Customer’s regular business hours, to inspect the equipment and to monitor the meter readings. If Customer meter readings are not received in the time to be agreed upon by the parties, the meter readings may be obtained electronically or by other means or may be estimated by Vendor subject to reconciliation when the correct meter reading is received by Vendor.
Meter Readings. As part of its Services, Ricoh may, at its discretion and dependent upon device capabilities, provide remote meter reading and equipment monitoring services using its @Remote solution. If @Remote is not selected by the Customer, Customer shall be responsible and agrees to provide Ricoh true and accurate meter readings monthly and in any reasonable manner requested by Ricoh. If accurate meter readings are not provided, Ricoh reserves the right to estimate the meter readings from previous meter readings.
Meter Readings. The monthly meter readings (both main and check meters) shall be taken jointly by the Parties on the first day of the following month at 12 Noon. At the conclusion of each meter reading an appointed representative of Corporation and the Company shall sign a document indicating the number of kilowatt-hours indicated by the meter.
Meter Readings. (a) You must give us meter readings at least every six months. This will help us to make sure your bills are as accurate as possible. We may ask you to provide more frequent meter readings depending on your method of payment.
(b) When we produce your xxxx or statement, we will, if possible, use a meter reading that we or you have taken (this is an ‘actual meter reading’). If no actual meter reading is available, we will produce a reasonable estimate of usage at your property (which may be based either on your previous usage or industry averages). You agree to pay the estimated amount or give us an actual meter reading. We will send a new xxxx based on this actual meter reading (unless you agree otherwise) or, if no xxxx is due at that time, we will use this actual meter reading when we work out your next xxxx.
(c) If you purchase both gas and electricity from us, and you want to update your energy usage, you must give us both meter readings, even if only your gas or your electricity usage has been estimated. If we do not receive meter readings for both fuels, the fuel without an actual meter reading will be estimated when we next send you a xxxx.
(d) If your premises shares an unmetered supply of commodity with other premises (for example, electricity used in shared parts of a building divided into flats), we may estimate the amount of commodity used and charge you an appropriate share.
(e) If, in our reasonable opinion, the meter reading you provide is not accurate, we will not use it, but we will try to contact you to get a new meter reading and will inform you of the fact that we have not used the reading provided by you.
(f) If, for any reason, your meter does not register any gas or electricity used, you agree to pay the amount that we reasonably estimate you have used.
Meter Readings. When directed by the Scheme Owner, or as required by the Scheme Distribution Rules (including where the Customer is taking water under a Statutory Right), the Customer must:
(a) take readings (including date, time and volume readings) from the Meter;
(b) advise the Scheme Owner (by telephone or email) of the reading within 24 hours of taking the reading;
(c) maintain written records of such readings; and
(d) provide copies of such records to the Scheme Owner (if requested by the Scheme Owner).
Meter Readings. We may ask you for a meter reading before we start supplying your gas. Where possible, you should provide a photograph of the meter reading taken on the start date and email this to us using the contact details shown on the contract schedule or published on our website at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/ from time to time. If we do not receive a meter reading from you for the date we start supplying you with gas, we will estimate a reading based on how much gas was previously being used at the site(s) and this estimated reading will be binding. We may appoint an agent to read the meter in accordance with normal industry meter reading cycles. Where possible, meter readings will be taken via AMR, with manual readings taking place as a backup and/or in the absence of AMR capability. A manual reading will also be taken as and when required (in accordance with the conditions of our licence to supply) in order to verify the accuracy of the AMR. If you wish to provide us with meter reads yourself (either taken by you or a third-party supplier) you must ensure that they are: • accurate; • taken in accordance with applicable industry meter reading cycles; • provided to us within any +/- 1 business day of the start of the agreed invoice period If the meter reads you provide do not comply with the requirements above, we may invoice you for the costs we have incurred in appointing an agent to read the meter. We reserve the right to use a different meter reading from the one you give us if we or our agent read(s) the meter and get(s) a reading that is different from yours.
Meter Readings. The Customer will, by the tenth Business Day following 1st February of each year that this Agreement exists, email the Supplier Inbox a list of the meters of Eligible Sites to be read using the “Annual Read Frequency Schedule” which is attached as Appendix 2. The Annual Read Frequency Schedule will include: the customer reference, the Meter Reference, the read frequency required (to be agreed in advance between the Parties) and whether special access requirements exist. In the event that ad-hoc changes are required to the Annual Read Frequency Schedule, such changes shall be agreed with the Supplier. If the meter needs to be read again, the Customer will email the Supplier Inbox a “Meter Read Request Form” attached as Appendix 3. The Supplier will contact the Applicable Customer within 2 Business Days of receipt of the Meter Read Request Form, to arrange a visit (if required) and email the Customer Inbox with an update on progress and outcome.
Meter Readings. (a) We will arrange for your meter to be read at least once every 12 months. If you have a Communications Enabled Meter, your reading will take place remotely.
(b) If an attempt to read your meter is unsuccessful due to your act or omission and you subsequently request a Meter Reading, we will arrange for the Meter Reading but may charge you for any costs we incur in doing so, subject to Energy Laws.
Meter Readings. Every month (or otherwise agreed by the two parties), the Purchaser and the Seller shall together perform the meter readings. After giving notification as prescribed, the Purchaser shall be allowed to enter the power plant or metering equipment place for meter readings and other activities related to the performance of this Agreement. The Purchaser’s activities at the power plant must not affect the Seller’s normal operations. The Purchaser-appointed employees or inspectors must obey safety regulations and the power plant’s rules.
Meter Readings. The Purchaser and the Sellers shall cooperate to cause the Sellers’ water, gas, electric or other utility accounts with respect to each Property to be closed on the day preceding the Closing Date and for new accounts to be opened in the Purchaser’s name on the Closing Date, in which case each of the Purchaser and the Sellers shall be responsible for their own accounts. If the Purchaser and the Sellers are not able to switch over any such accounts as aforesaid, the Sellers endeavor to obtain readings for all applicable utility meters as close as possible to the Closing Date and any corresponding charges based thereon shall be prorated based upon such readings. If any readings cannot be obtained by the Closing Date, then, at the Closing, any corresponding charges based thereon shall be prorated based upon the last readings then available. Upon the taking of subsequent actual readings, the apportionment of such charges shall be recalculated and the Sellers or the Purchaser, as the case may be, shall make prompt payment to the other based upon such recalculations.
