Regulatory Approval Following Amendment. Any change to this Agreement which occurs after the approvals referred to in Section 7.01 hereof have been obtained shall be subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Michigan's Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation, the Superintendent of the New York State Insurance Department and, to the extent necessary or appropriate, to any federal authorities with jurisdiction over the subject matter herein.
