Common use of Regulatory Approval Following Amendment Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Approval Following Amendment. Any change to this Agreement which occurs after the approvals referred to in Section 7.01 hereof have been obtained shall be subject to the required approval(s) of the Director of the Connecticut Department of Insurance (or such other regulator as may have jurisdiction over the Ceding Company), the Superintendent of the Department of Financial Services of the State of New York and, to the extent necessary or appropriate, to any federal authorities with jurisdiction over the subject matter herein.
