Common use of Regulatory Authorities Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Authorities. FERC and any other federal agency with regulatory authority over a Member, each State electric utility regulatory commission with regulatory jurisdiction within the PJM Control Area, and each office of consumer advocate from each State all or any part of the territory of which is within the PJM Control Area, may nominate one representative to serve as an ex officio non-voting member of the Members Committee.
