Common use of Regulatory Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Authorizations. (a) AEP Ohio and the ▇▇▇▇ Supplier shall obtain and maintain throughout the Delivery Period all regulatory authorizations necessary to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement. (b) The ▇▇▇▇ Supplier shall cooperate in good faith with AEP Ohio in any regulatory compliance efforts as may be required to maintain the ongoing legitimacy and enforceability of the terms of this Agreement and to fulfill any regulatory reporting requirement associated with the provision of ▇▇▇▇ Supply before the PUCO, FERC or any other Governmental Authority.
