Regulatory Compliance Services. The Manager shall operate and maintain the Vessels, in all material respects, in compliance with, and take all actions necessary to ensure that each Vessel is in compliance with, all Applicable Laws, including the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or such other flag as each Vessel may bear, the Applicable Laws of the countries to which the Vessels trade and with the requirements of the relevant classification society, the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention as adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) by resolution A.741(18), or any subsequent amendment thereto, and the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code adopted by the International Maritime Organization Assembly, as the same may have been or may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
