Common use of Regulatory Examination and Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Examination and Financial Information. Each Party agrees to submit to any examination which may be required by any Regulatory Authority with audit and examination authority over the other Party, to the fullest extent required by such Regulatory Authority. Each Party shall also provide to the other Party any information which may be required by any Regulatory Authority in connection with its audit or review of either Party or any of the Programs and shall reasonably cooperate with such Regulatory Authority in connection with any audit or review of a Party.
