Regulatory Inspections and Applications. 11.7.1 The Supplier is entitled to reimbursement of reasonable costs, on a time and materials and pass-through basis, in connection with any Inspections which are specific to the Production of the Product, it being understood that Inspections related to the tissue establishment license (“erkenning als weefselinstelling”) and the GMP manufacturing license (“fabrikantenvergunning”) are not specific to the Production of the Product.
