Regulatory Orders. The Adviser is not subject to any stop orders, injunctions or other orders of any regulatory authority affecting its ability to carry out the terms of this Agreement. The Adviser will notify the Subadviser and the Series immediately if any such order is issued or if any proceeding is commenced that could result in such an order.
