Common use of Regulatory Transfer Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Transfer. Seller agrees to make available to Buyer at Seller's offices all portions of the NDA 76-1021 file that Seller has not previously delivered to Buyer pursuant to Section 4.2(c) as soon as practicable but in no event later than 180 days after the Closing Date.

Regulatory Transfer. Seller agrees to make available to Buyer at Seller's ’s offices all portions of the NDA 7621-1021 file 846, SNDAs and IND 1444 files that Seller has not previously delivered to Buyer pursuant to Section 4.2(c) ), as soon as practicable but in no event later than 180 30 days after the Closing Date. Seller shall also provide Buyer with evidence of receipt of notification of the transfer specified in Section 4.2(c) hereof, as soon as practicable but in no event later than 30 days after the Closing.
