REHABILITATION AND RETURN TO DUTY. 1. The County recognizes that substance abuse can be successfully treated, enabling an employee to return to satisfactory job performance. Employees who are concerned about their own drug use and/or alcohol abuse are encouraged to voluntarily seek assistance through the County’s EAP. All such voluntary requests for assistance will remain confidential.
